Ocoee area farm hosting fundraising dinner
Residents of Ocoee who value the flavor of freshly grown food are welcome to be part of a fundraising activity that will see diners enjoy an al fresco experience with friends old and new.
Do Good Farm will be ringing the dinner bell to invite people from the local area who would like to take a seat at the table, and to help make sure everyone in the community has food on their plate. Guests will be treated to a gourmet meal consisting of four courses that will be prepared by a chef using freshly harvested produce and other ingredients.
To help each of the courses shine, they will be accompanied by specially selected wine pairings. While the guests savor the flavors of the different dishes, they can feel good knowing they are helping to support a variety of projects in the local area, and Burundi in Africa as well. There are only a limited number of ticket on sale, so anyone who would like to attend may wish to make sure they purchase theirs early.
An event like this can both bring the community together and raise awareness about the importance of food security for all. A display from a banner printing company can welcome the guests and let them know their support is appreciated.
