New luxury apartment complex to be built in Ocoee
Picerne Development Corp of Altamonte Springs recently announced that is has been able to secure $31m in funding for the construction of its latest Ocoee project. These funds came in the form of a loan from the M&T Bank in Boston.
The plans call for the new development to be contain 302 units. It will be named Oasis at Lake Bennet, and will be a class A gated community. The location for the build is on 13 acres at Bluford Drive and Colonial Drive, which will put it across from Health Central.
The company estimates that the project, which comes with a total price tag of $48m, could provide all kinds of benefits for people in the local community and its businesses as well, including hundreds of construction jobs and opportunities for vendors and other service providers. This can include printing companies, which can be called upon in situations like this to produce a wide variety of materials, ranging from brochures for potential tenants, to signs, printed advertisements, and easy-to-use business forms.
This particular apartment complex will be the fourth that Picerne Development is currently building in the Orlando and the surrounding area. It will contain seven buildings, a clubhouse, lounge, business center, wine bar, game room, summer kitchen, conference room, and access to a dog park.
