Local event puts babies first

A community baby shower is set to be held in Ocoee this January.

At “Expecting and New Mothers,” useful goods such as diapers, car seats, strollers, baby wipes, bottles, and more will be given out. Attendees can also look forward to winning items through a raffle activity.

The occasion is open to mothers who are currently expecting, as well as those with children under 12 months old. After registering, mothers are asked to reach out to the organizers with the gender of their child, or to indicate if the gender is not yet known. Contact information is available on the Eventbrite listing.

The event comes courtesy of Ladies of Royalty. The group was accepting donations for baby products up until December 15. WM Charity Scott can be contacted by telephone at 407-227-1283 for further information on this, although it may now be too late to donate.

The event is free to enter, but attendees must first register via Eventbrite. There is limited space available, so those interested should register as early as possible. Graphic design can offer a creative way to perform gender reveals and baby names at events like this.

This event takes place on Sunday, January 15 at the venue, which will be 4 North Lakewood Avenue, Ocoee, Florida. It begins at 2:00 pm and ends at 5:30 pm.
