The Lake Economic Area Development (LEAD) Partnership will hold a summit in Leesburg that will cover human resources (HR) and related topics.
The 2026 HR Summit is an event where people can meet with and learn from subject matter professionals. There will be several topics covered at the conference, such as how to use artificial intelligence (AI) in HR practices and the Lake County workforce landscape. Attendees can have a continental breakfast at the start of the event and take part in networking opportunities. There will also be refreshments offered during the summit.
The LEAD Partnership is an organization with the mission of growing the Lake County regional economy. The group helps people create businesses and offers growth opportunities to existing businesses. Many events have been organized by LEAD, including the Lake County Entrepreneur Meet-Up and FASTTRAC to Business Planning. The partnership also holds annual meetings and group dinners. Mason Henson is the organization’s Director of Business Attraction, and Mike Kelly is LEAD’s Director of Business Retention & Expansion.
The HR Summit will be held on Wednesday, June 3 from 7:30 am to noon. Tickets to the conference will cost $25 per person, and registration is needed for the event. The event will take place at the Venetian Gardens in Leesburg. Partnerships that organize business conferences like this can use brochure printing to make custom programs for their events.
