Biker organization to help students with family event

Gator Harley-Davidson in Leesburg will host a community program in August where students can receive free services.

Bikers & Bookbags is an event where families can enjoy kid-friendly activities and utilize free services from local organizations. The first 400 kids at the festival will get to take home a complimentary backpack. The event will also have free haircuts and school physicals for children. Kids can also get a free meal at the venue. DJ K Dogg will provide musical entertainment, and there will be a bike show where children can decide on the winners.

Businesses can help support local students and fund the event by becoming a sponsor. There are multiple tiers to choose from that cost between $300 and $1,000. The $300 Honor Roll sponsorship tier will come with banner recognition at the event and a shoutout on social media. The higher tiers offer companies benefits like verbal acknowledgments at the event, designated vendor spaces, and a personalized plaque that thanks them for their support.

The Bikers & Bookbags event will be held on August 1st from 11:00 am to 4:00 pm. Bikers who want to take part in the show can pay $20 to register their motorcycles. Kids who want to register for a free bookbag can sign up at the venue on the day of the event. Organizations that hold supportive events like this may use flyer printing services to share their programs with families.
