VyStar Credit Union is once again presenting its annual Jax River Jam Concert Series in April.
The four-week concert series is an outdoor event held in Downtown Jacksonville. Music genres will include country, punk pop, hip hop and rock.
Guests are invited to bring picnic blankets and camp chairs and enjoy the onsite beverage bars and food trucks. They can also meander around the nearby Small Business and Artists Market.
The series will begin tomorrow, April 8th, with country singer Chase Rice. The opening band will be a local group- Firewater Tent Revival.
Punk Pop band, New Found Glory will headline on April 15th. Their local opening band will be Universal Green.
Jacksonville natives hip hop artists Quad City DJ’s will take to the stage on April 22nd. LPT will be the local opening band.
The final performance of the series will be the rock band, Sugar Ray. It will have the Honey Hounds opening for them.

Jax River Jams Concert Series will take place at Riverfront Plaza (used to be Jacksonville Landing), 2 W. Independent Drive. Gates will open at 5:00 pm; opening bands perform at 6:00 pm and the headliners will begin at 7:30 pm.
