Baymeadows Fun Fest will be coming to Jacksonville, and the first ever Jax Beach Country Festival, a free family-friendly event, will be coming to the Seawalk Pavilion in early June.
The Baymedadows Fun Fest will be in full swing with carnival games such as basketball challenges and ring toss that will have prizes for the winners, friendly competitions with cornhole and target games, and educational workshops ranging from informative sessions to DIY crafts. Local artisans and makers will be selling their one-of-a-kind artwork and handmade crafts. Guests can enjoy local cuisine and live music from local music artists.
The Fun Fest will take place Saturday, June 1 from 11:00 am to 4:00 pm at 7915 Baymeadows Circle E.
Eight country stars will be performing in the Jax Beach Fest. These include newcomer from American Idol's 19th season, Chayce Beckham, and singer/songwriter Tennessee native HunterGirl. They will be followed by Nashville's Chase Fouraker singing his own music, and Jacksonville native Jordan Fletcher. Another Jacksonville singer/songwriter, Emily Mikus, along with Jonathan Lee, Jax Beach's Craig Smith, and Madden Metcalf will be taking the stage with sets during the event.
