Dare to Hire and Jacksonville Business Connections are inviting all of Jacksonville to its 2nd Annual Jacksonville Halloween Community Event at the end of October.
The four-hour event will feature plenty of candy, other treats, food, face painting, and a bounce house. Guests and their pets are encouraged to come dressed in their Halloween best and enter the costume contest beginning at 2:00pm. The winner will take home the $50 cash prize.
Attendees at events such as this often create their own costumes and take pictures of themselves wearing their creations. These photos often go to local Print shops to be added to family newsletters or to Stationery printers to have them made into personalized Stationery or custom Halloween cards.
Fifty-dollar cash prizes and $35 market bucks will be given away every hour.
The walk will be soundtracked by spooky music and other Halloween-themed performances will take place, while retailers will be passing out Business Cards and selling their products and services. Local artists and crafts people will be selling their original works.
The event will be raising funds for Dare to Hire Different Organization in its mission to empower, inspire and employ people with disabilities.
The 2nd Annual Jacksonville Halloween Community Event will be held Sunday, October 29 from 11:00am to 3:00pm at 725 Riverside Avenue, under the RAM Bridge.Get a Free Quote for Business Cards Get a Free Quote for Print Get a Free Quote for Stationery
