Dex Imaging will be presenting this year’s The Florida Theatre Ball: Big Easy Style. Proceeds will go to the non-profit Florida Theatre for preservation and programming for 2023.
The evening will begin with cocktails and follow with a New Orleans-inspired dinner and dessert stations. Bread & Board will cater for the dinner and dessert stations. The Flamingo will bring the coffee. Silent and live auctions will be featured, and entertainment will be the Let’s Ride Brass Band and The Band Be Easy.
Pictures can be taken at the 360 Video Booth, or by photographers situated throughout the venue.
Individual tickets will be $150 and will include valet parking, open bar, dinner, dessert, and dancing.
Five sponsorship levels are available with incremental number of tickets (two, four, eight, ten, and twelve respectively). The Congo Square Sponsor at the $500 level will get their name on the event’s website. Each company sponsoring at the $2,500, $5,000, $7,500, and the $9,500 levels will get their Logo Design on the event’s promotional pieces and website.
Upon leaving the Ball, guests can continue the tradition started last year by indulging in a hot dog from Tasty Dog, which will be waiting for them under the marquee.
The Florida Theatre Ball: Big Easy Style will take place on Saturday, May 20 starting at 6:00 pm at the Florida Theatre, 128 E Forsyth Street.
