Downtown Jacksonville hosts First Coast Music Festival

The First Coast Music Festival, a multi-genre, independent artists competition on three stages, will be coming to Downtown Jacksonville at the end of July.

More than 50 performing artists will be competing for a cash prize. The host for the event will be DJ Dr. Doom. Some artists will include A.T.Z, Adam Cotton, Bonnie Blue, JaxBeach Hippie, Jee, Sinai, and Universal Green.

All-access passes are $30, and all attendees must have one in order to see the event. Attendees may want to bring along such items as sunscreen, light blankets and towels, digital cameras, sunglasses, hats, earplugs, and binoculars. They can also vote for their favorite artist on the event’s website.

Art and craft vendors will be on site selling their original items, and food, product, and service businesses will be passing out Business Cards while displaying and vending their goods and services.

Attendees over 21 may purchase a FCMF Event cup featuring the FCMF Logo Design at Birdies, Ruby Beach, The Volstead, Ocean Steet Tacos, Underbelly, and 1904 Music Hall.

Sponsorship opportunities are still available, and Forms may be found on the event’s website.

The event will be located at two venues – the 1904 Music Hall at 19 Ocean Street, and Underbelly, 113 East Bay Street. It will be held on Saturday, July 29 beginning at noon.
