A PBS cartoon celebrity is set to visit the Museum of Science and History (The MOSH) in Jacksonville.
Buddy, the dinosaur from ‘Dinosaur Train’ will be available for a meet and greet during two special events later this month.
The first is for MOSH members only and the second is open to the public. It is likely a poster printing service was used to make promotional Signs for both events.
During both events, Buddy will make a visit. There will also be crafts and photo opportunities. Attendees can see an episode of ‘Dinosaur Train’ in the Bryan-Gooding Planetarium.
The members’ event is $5 and includes pizza and science activities in the science theater. Kids two and under are free. Members need to register in advance online for the event, which will be held on July 17 from 5:30 pm until 8:00 pm.
The Meet Buddy event for the general public costs $10 for adults, $8 for seniors and military, and $6 for kids. Children aged two and under are free, as are members of WJCT or MOSH. The event will be held on July 18 from 10:00 am until 3:00 pm. The first 200 families to visit the WJCT booth will be given a coupon for an app relating to Dinosaur Train.
