Community First Seawalk Music Festival begins the festival season

Jax Beach Festivals Inc. will be presenting its Annual Community First Seawalk Music Festival later this month.

This will be the fifth year for the two-day event that celebrates our local beaches and lifestyle. Admission will be free and family friendly. Over 45,000 people are expected to attend.

Eleven music groups will be featured on the Main Stage. The Crazy Daysies will kick off the afternoon of the first day, and will be followed by Mama Blue, Conrad Oberg, and the Top Shelf People. The evening performers will be the Parker Urban Band and Split Tone.

The next afternoon guests will be entertained by Whetherman, Firewater Tent Revival, and Billy Buchanan. Brady Clampitt will perform in the afternoon, and Josh Turner will be the final act.

The Marketplace section of the venue will have arts and crafts, and booths for nonprofit organizations, small businesses, and larger commercial businesses. Representatives from these businesses and organizations will be handing out Flyers and Brochures that describe their products and services.

Food vendors will be selling everything from hot dogs and ice cream treats, to iced drinks from booths, trucks, trailers and carts.

The Festival will be February 25 thorough February 26 at the Seawalk Pavilion at 100 1st Avenue, Jacksonville Beach. Hours will be noon to 8:00 pm on Saturday and noon until 6:00 pm on Sunday.
