As 2024 comes to a close, Cooper’s Hawk is preparing for a celebratory evening with a curated New Year’s Eve dinner, designed to highlight seasonal flavors and wine pairings in a fine-dining experience.
The guests will get to participate in a special Wine Club Dinner, which will offer a four-course meal to celebrate the end of the year, complete with wine from Cooper’s Hawk.
The evening will begin with an Espresso Martini, followed by grilled sourdough served with truffle butter. The first course offers Winter Truffle Cappellacci, paired with Lux Chardonnay, combining a Parmesan fonduta with a sage-brown butter finish. The main course includes bordelaise glazed filet medallions with Chilean snow crab cake, complemented by asparagus, roasted mashed potatoes, and a classic remoulade, served together with Hygge Cabernet. Dessert will be a white chocolate raspberry cheesecake, topped with roasted white chocolate, raspberry crumble, and Chambord-berry sauce. Stationery printers can be used to make Menus for such an event.
In addition to the main pairings, guests can buy some wines or cocktails. A ticket for wine club members is restricted to people of legal drinking age and must be booked 48 hours before. Seating will be communal, allowing attendees to share the experience with fellow guests. Tickets are $100 per person, and they include tax and gratuity.
Bubbles and Beginnings is scheduled for Monday, December 30 at 7:00 PM in Dania Beach near Hollywood.
