A new mixed-use property development is taking shape in Hollywood and should be open within months.
Starlife Group is moving along with 21 Hollywood, its new multi-use property under construction at 2100 North Federal Highway. The project, designed by noted architect Kobi Karp, embodies an aesthetic centered on a sophisticated urban vibe, embracing smart technology, sustainability, and innovative architecture.
The 14-story building promises 200 living units totaling nearly 10,000 square feet of commercial and living spaces. Its location between Miami and Fort Lauderdale offers expansive ocean views, ultra-modern design, and luxury amenities. Several design elements were included to maximize ease of lifestyle, including smart home technology, yoga studios, rooftop terraces, and recreation areas for pets. The complex will also sport dual cinemas, a children’s play area, and an 85-foot infinity pool. Rentable office suites and dedicated office workstations top off the design.
Starlife Group is a Miami-based real estate development group with over 125 years of combined experience. According to their website, the company has over 300 units in active development, with plans for 1.2 million more. It was named Best Luxury Residential Development in Florida by the Luxury Lifestyle Awards in 2025 and is also the recipient of two Titan Property Awards. Construction completion on 21 Hollywood is expected by late 2025 or early 2026.
