The new Costa Hollywood Beach Resort will soon open its doors, offering luxurious rooms and suites for prices starting at $219 per night.

The resort is on North Ocean Drive, literally just across the street from the beach. There are 307 units in the building, including one-, two-, and three-bedroom options that range in size from 405 square feet, all the way to 1,275 square feet.

The rooms have European styling with private patios, free Wi-Fi, and top-of-the-line Smeg appliances in the included kitchens. The Italian handmade cabinets blend with the monochromatic color scheme and sleek, modern style.

The resort itself offers 28,000 square feet of space that can be used for events and meetings. There is a rooftop pool with a bar, and prices include a number of amenities, including two beach chairs, a courtyard, concierge service, and public art throughout the facility. A number of shops and boutiques are on the ground floor for visitors to enjoy.

The property was first to be managed by Meliá Hotels International as they expanded to the United States in 2015, but they are no longer involved, and the name of the resort has changed.

Facilities like this may enjoy increased business if managers work with a brochure printing company to create illustrated material that clearly shows the amenities available to people who are considering staying at the property.
