Hollywood race to raise awareness for mental health

The TellRobert Foundation will be hosting a race in Hollywood to bring awareness to the country’s ongoing mental health crisis.

The 3rd Annual Tell Robert 5k Walk/Run is an event where people can promote mental health while honoring Robert J. Fenstersheib, the founder of the TellRobert Foundation. The race will be held at the Hollywood Beach Boardwalk, and the meeting point for the event will be at Charnow Park. Those who finish the race will be given a swag bag and a finisher’s medal. People also have the choice to take part in the fundraiser virtually.

The TellRobert Foundation is an organization that raises awareness for mental health struggles and helps people find useful resources for combatting mental illness. The foundation has online resources that direct site visitors to convenient mental health screenings and affordable mental health clinics. The public can support the organization by donating money. Those who give at least $50 to the group will receive a men’s T-shirt or women’s tank top.

The annual walk/run will be on Saturday, April 15 from 7:30 am to 10:00 am. The cost to sign up for the race will be $30 per person. Participants will receive an email the week before the fundraiser that contains a map of the racecourse. Organizations that coordinate races like this may market their athletic fundraisers to others with banner printing services.
