Beginning in late July, the Greater Hollywood Chamber of Commerce will be offering a course titled ‘The Art of Customer Service: Hollywood Style’, to be presented by John Miracola, an instructor with the Sheridan Technical Center.
Flyer printing may have been used to provide more information about the course, with details about how to sign up and costs.
According to the membership manager of the Chamber, Daniela Roeder, the class is designed to help attendees learn more about customer service so as to ensure high-quality, first-class relationships with those who visit the city.
The owner of Ocean Alley Restaurant, Debra Case – who is organizing the class along with executive director of the Florida Superior Small Lodging Association, Scott Rivelli – commented that they are trying to make the class as engaging as possible, so people will be enthusiastic about attending.
A certificate and pin will be given to participants who complete the class, and a plaque will be given to businesses with multiple employees. Roeder added managers can use the class as a tool to help their employees prepare for career advancement into leadership positions; additionally, it could help students just coming out of school to learn more about customer service.
The class will be held July 28th and 30th, from 3:00pm to 5:00pm at the offices of the Chamber of Commerce.
