Fans of 1980s rock will soon have a chance to enjoy a favorite band.
The classic rock band Heart will light up the stage in late June in a one-time appearance in Hollywood as part of its Royal Flush Tour.
Heart was founded in Seattle in the early 1970s, with sisters Nancy and Ann Wilson on vocals. Fans may remember many of their hits from the era, such as Magic Man, Crazy on You, Barracuda, and Dog and Butterfly. Heart was inducted into the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame in 2013 for its many musical accomplishments. The band is going stronger than ever, claiming well over two million fans worldwide with folk music as well as hard rock tunes.
The performance will be on Saturday, June 28, at 8:00 PM at Hard Rock Live, located at 1 Seminole Way in Davie. Tickets are expected to sell quickly, so interested fans may wish to secure seats soon. Tickets are $116 and can be purchased through the Hollywood Florida Arena website. Attendees should note that paid parking is available at three nearby garages—Seminole Way Garage, Winner’s Way Garage, or the Lucky Street Garage.
