The new enterprise will have nearly 500 employees, meaning that its management team may wish to use printing services in nearby Doral for promotional reasons.
Tony Argiz, the chief executive officer of MBAF, has known Monte Kane for several decades. Kane founded Kane & Company, which will join up with WhiteOwl – a technology affiliate of MBAF which has acted as a consultancy for in excess of 1000 enterprises.
Argiz has told the South Florida Business Journal that:
“We have always spoken about joining the two firms and have tremendous respect for each other. Between us, it was decided that this was the perfect time.
Both firms already had Miami locations. However, Kane & Company has also used workplaces in Nevada and New York. MBAF has offices in Baltimore, New York City, Boulder, and Valhalla.
Kane & Company has released a statement to the press noting that the two accountancy firms in question had possessed shared values. The news release specified the mutual recognition of rigorous professional standards, also mentioning the joint awareness of entrepreneurial qualities.
Together, the two firms brought in annual revenue of around $90m. The management of Kane & Company has contended that the new development will be of assistance to the firm’s workforce and clients.
