Arguably the greatest playwright in history, William Shakespeare created works that are being performed and eagerly attended 400 years after his death. Now, the Bard is coming to Doral.
The Florida Shakespeare Theater is presenting Macbeth as part of its Shakespeare in the Parks program. One of Shakespeare's best-known tragedies, Macbeth is a study of ambition that leads Macbeth to murder his king, which in turn leads to his own destruction, as well as that of Lady Macbeth, who was the instigator of the crime.
Florida Shakespeare Theater performs free Shakespeare in various parks in order to introduce the artist to those who might not otherwise be able to attend a performance. Brochure printing can be used to discuss events like this in depth.
It is not necessary for patrons to purchase tickets, and there is no admission price. In addition, though snacks will be available for purchase at the park, audience members may also bring their own beverages and food with them. There are no pets allowed, however. Patrons may also bring their own blankets or lawn chairs, or rent them on site. In case of rain, the performance will be halted until it is determined whether or not it is safe to continue.
Macbeth will be performed January 10 at 8:00 pm, January 11 at 8:00 pm, and January 12 at 5:00 pm. The venue is Downtown Doral Park on NW 53rd Street.
