Two accomplished musicians will be coming to the Doral area soon.
The Compadres Tour: Fonseca & Cepeda is on the way to Miami for one concert.
Andrés Cepeda is from Bogotá, Colombia, started playing the piano at age five. At age 12, he wrote his first piece of music. He founded a rock-pop group, Poligamia, and then went on to a solo career. He performs in various genres such as jazz, rock, Latin, and bolero, and released an album, “El carpintero,” that went quadruple-platinum in Colombia.

Cepeda's companion on the tour is Juan Fernando Fonseca, who goes by Fonseca, and who is also from Bogotá. Like Cepeda, he was drawn to music early, and went on to study it in college, both in Colombia and in the United States. The Latin Songwriters Hall of Fame awarded La Musa Premio Triunfador to Fonseca in 2015.
