An annual event that joins firefighters with community members is scheduled for Doral.
Geared Up for Fire is the organizer of an unusual event that will be held at the Firefighters Memorial Building. Attendees will be able to see the work of some of the finest artists and photographers who have created works that show what it is like in the fire service. The participants were hand selected to display their photos and artworks.
In addition to displays of art and photography, there will be presentations, live music, and delicious treats from talented chefs. The Guff Family, who design T-Shirts and other gear with firefighting designs, will be on hand to meet and talk to members of the community. In addition, firefighters from throughout the South Florida area will be able to meet members of other departments to share experiences. Events like this are perfect occasions for attendees to network and exchange Business Cards.
The Geared Up for Fire 2022 Gallery Exhibit Event will give firefighters and members of the community the chance to meet one another in a leisurely, non-emergency situation. Gear Up for Fire seeks to mentor and empower young people as they make choices about their lives, particularly in regard to the fire service.
