The Scissor Salsa Hands-on Workshop is set to occur in Doral this March.
Hosted by the Doral Yard, this outdoor workshop is ideal for young children. Since Della Heiman originally founded the Doral Yard, it continues to serve as a venue for community events, meetings, and entertainment. Some of the events the Doral Yard often hosts showcase food, drinks, and music.
The Scissor Salsa Hands-on workshop will be led by Julie Frans, who regularly directs and creates some of Doral Yard’s community events.
In this outdoor class, Chef Julie will teach six participants how to use scissors to prepare ingredients for salsa. Parental supervision is necessary for each child who participates in this one-hour Doral event. When promoting similar local workshops, event hosts frequently include poster printing in their organization plans to create informative, colorful printouts to hang throughout the community in highly visible locations.
Tickets must be purchased in advance online. Admission for one child costs $15, $28 for two children and $50 for four children. All participants must wear masks to the event.
This salsa-making workshop is scheduled to take place between 12:00 pm to 1:00 pm on Saturday, March 6. When registering, parents have the option of signing up their children for the workshop from 12:00 pm to 12:20 pm, or from 12:40 pm to 1:00 pm.
