A comedy club in Doral will be the place to be soon, as a special show is planned to celebrate Valentine’s Day.
Kyle Grooms will be the emcee, with the headliner yet to be announced. The writer, actor, and comedian has appeared on Comedy Central with his own special, and has also been seen as “Lyle” in the movie “I Feel Pretty,” which starred Amy Schumer. He's made many appearances on BET, NBC, VH1, and the “Chappell's Show.”
Grooms frequently works in New York City, where he's a regular on the comedy circuit. He has appeared at such top clubs as Gotham, the Comedy Cellar, the Comic Strip, and Caroline's. Grooms has made featured appearances on radio, television, and internet broadcasts including P-Diddy's “Bad Boys of Comedy” and “Red Carpet Fashion,” among others. He has also toured overseas, and appeared in ad campaigns on national television for companies such as Holiday Inn Express and T-Mobile.
As the host, Kyle Grooms will bring in a variety of comedians from Atlanta, Chicago, Los Angeles, New York, Miami, and more, all the make pre-Valentine’s Day in Doral special.
The comedy special is set for February 12, from 8.00 pm until 10.00 pm, at the Miami Improv Comedy Club and Dinner Theater on Northwest 83rd Avenue in Doral. The doors will open at 7.30 pm.
