The Distressed Real Estate Institute will hold the Creating Financial Freedom with Short-Term Airbnb Rentals workshop next month for new real estate investors interested in learning about the short-term Airbnb market.
Founder of the Distressed Real Estate Institute, Lex Levinrad, has been a real estate investor since 2003. He has flipped and rented over 1,000 houses and has been involved in over 2,000 real estate transactions. His institute teaches investors who are new to the market how to find properties to fix and flip, and then sell at a profit. He specializes in teaching attendees of his workshops how to buy properties from distressed sellers, including properties like foreclosures, bank-owned properties, and probates.
The workshop will focus on how investors can find short-term Airbnb properties to invest in and pull a sizable profit from. Attendees will learn how to identify markets that are ideal for Airbnb, how to understand rental returns, how to fund their efforts, and how to furnish, set up, and list their short-term rentals.

The Airbnb workshop is scheduled for September 5 from 6:30 pm to 9:30 pm. It will take place at DoubleTree by Hilton Hotel Deerfield Beach-Boca Raton, which is located at 100 Fairway Drive. Tickets are $20.
