Deerfield Beach gains new restaurant

Deerfield Beach residents will soon have new culinary choices from which to choose, as a local restaurateur is opening a second eatery in town.

The beachfront pier will soon be home to The Break House, a new eatery aiming to combine a relaxed beach vibe with its chef-crafted menu. This is owner Danielle Rosse’s newest restaurant and is located directly adjacent to her existing one, Oceans 234. The new restaurant will occupy the space of the former Pier Restaurant, which was built over ten years ago. The transformation will require over $2 million in renovation, and once opened, the building’s rooftop space will be used for the first time. Dean Max will serve as head chef.

According to Rosse, the concept involves three separate dining components. The lower level will be a counter-only beachside food service, with pre-prepared foods available. The third part is the rooftop bar, suitable for small plates and casual dining.

Rosse believes the new spot will be popular with both locals and visitors and recently stated her confidence in the new restaurant’s prospects:
“It’s really going to be the heart of this beach town. It’s the kind of place that can be the first stop of the day or the last stop of the night.”

The Break House is located at 202 Northeast 21st Avenue, near the Wyndham Beach Resort. It is expected to open before the end of 2025. Print shops can provide banner printing to announce grand openings.
