The Learning Experience (TLE) is hosting a Cultural Immersion Training for its newly appointed Center Leaders this November. The event organizers will be the TLE L&D Team.
The event will take place at the host headquarters. This in-person training session is essential for Center Leaders who have been in their role for less than 90 days and have yet to attend the Lead 3 program.
The five-day training is designed to immerse participants in the TLE culture and equip them with the knowledge and skills necessary for success. Attendees will be guided by the Block 2 teaching materials that cover topics such as talent, operations, marketing, and curriculum. This comprehensive program is crucial for those who are at the beginning of their journey with TLE as it will provide them with useful tools to effectively lead their centers.
For attendees traveling from out of town, there are airports close to the event venue— Palm Beach International and Ft. Lauderdale International. Additionally, TLE has secured special rates at two nearby hotels: the Deerfield Beach DoubleTree by Hilton and the Deerfield Beach Fairfield, both offering various amenities to ensure a comfortable stay.
