Dinner, drinks, and fun are on the way to Deerfield Beach, and all for a good cause.
The 2021 Butterfly Ball will help support Liberty Children’s Home, which currently houses over 40 children. The goal of the event is to raise both awareness and money to help improve the children’s lives.
Liberty Children’s Home is located in Belize and is a sanctuary for children who have been neglected, abandoned, or abused. The home offers more than shelter and food; it provides a stable, nurturing, and supportive environment where children know they are safe, and can rebuild their self-esteem. With this kind of support, they can go on to build trusting adult relationships and productive lives. Although many children remain at the home, Liberty helps connect children with prospective adoptive or foster families.
The Butterfly Ball opens with cocktails featuring passed hors d’oeuvres, followed by a plated, sit-down dinner. Attendees will have their choice of mahi mahi, chicken, or beef, and there are vegetarian and other options available as well. Dessert is also part of the meal, and there will be a premium open bar.
Music will be spun by a DJ, and there will also be a photo booth, and a silent auction. Brochure printing could be used to create a pamphlet describing organizations supported by events like this.
The 2021 Butterfly Ball is set for September 11, from 7.30 pm until 11.30 pm, at the Deer Creek Country Club. Valet parking is complimentary.
