Deerfield Beach real estate workshop to teach property flippers
Next month, Distressed Real Estate Institute will present the How to Fix and Flip Real Estate for Huge Profits Seminar in Deerfield Beach for real estate professionals or property owners looking for tips to flip their properties.
Distressed Real Estate Institute was founded by Lex Levinrad in 2008 to teach real estate investors how to effectively invest in real estate, as well as how to purchase bank-owned REO properties, foreclosures, and HUD houses. The organization specializes in “distressed” properties, meaning properties that are either in foreclosure, or are damaged in some way.
The workshop in March will teach entrepreneurs and real estate professionals the ins-and-outs of flipping properties and how to get the most profit out of the sales. Topics to be discussed will include how to look for properties that are suitable for flipping, how to fund one’s projects and repair costs, how to work with general contractors and subcontractors, and what traps and pitfalls to look out for.
There will also be plenty of opportunities for attendees to network during the workshop, so organizers recommend guests bring along a supply of business cards to hand out.
