This March, Deerfield Beach will host a painting class that offers participants of all ages a chance to create unique pet portraits.
Led by Lisa S, the session will encourage creativity and self-expression without interference, allowing children and adults alike to explore their artistic abilities.
Attendees will receive a 16x20-inch canvas and all the necessary materials to work with. Guests are encouraged to be at the event early to get settled before painting begins, and are advised that they may not be able to participate if they arrive late. While parents can sit alongside their children, the focus will be on allowing young participants to complete their own artwork, with plenty of positive reinforcement along the way to build their confidence.
For those who wish to bring refreshments, a refrigerator, ice, and cups will be available. While the event welcomes all ages, alcoholic beverages are limited to guests 21 and over with a valid ID. The venue adheres to CDC recommendations to ensure a safe environment.
The cost to participate is $59 per individual. Tickets can be purchased through the Painting with a Twist listing. Poster printing may be used by organizers to get the word out about events such as this one.
The event will be on Saturday, March 15, from 12:00 noon to 3:00 pm at 700 S Federal Highway, Suite East, Deerfield Beach.
