The Property Loss Appraisal Network (P.L.A.N.) will hold its Deerfield Appraiser & Umpire Certification Conference for any appraisers looking to get certified and strengthen their skillset.
The weeklong conference will include two seminars. The first will be the basic appraiser certification and is called “The Dos and Don’ts of the Property Loss Appraisal Process,” which will gauge attendees understanding of the process and the appraisal experience they bring to it. It will also focus on how to strengthen the integrity, morals, and professionalism of those involved in the property loss appraisal process.
The second seminar, entitled “Sharpen the Pencil, not the Sword,” will be the Advanced Appraisal Umpire Certification Program. It will focus on the role, duties, and conduct of a property loss appraisal umpire.
During each three-day seminar, special keynote speakers will also be delivering presentations on their experience in the field, as well as discussing current trends and the changing rules and regulations. A Q&A session will also be held on procedural protocols of the property loss appraisal process. Conference events like this often encourage the utilization of networking through Business Cards.
The Appraiser & Umpire Certification Conference is slated for December 6 through December 10 at DoubleTree by Hilton, Deerfield Beach-Boca Raton. Course registration includes breakfast, lunch, snacks, and refreshments. For price breakdown, visit the listing on AllEvents.
