The five-mile walk and 5k Dunn’s Run event is scheduled to come back to Deerfield Beach for its 24th year this January.
Dunn’s Run attracts more than 2,000 participants each year. The race comprises a 5K run or walk, a five-mile race, and a Kids’ Fun Run for children ages 6 and younger. Runners have the opportunity to either participate in-person or virtually from any location on their own schedules.
Runners who are interested in joining this Deerfield Beach racing event can sign up online. Registration for the virtual or in-person 5K costs $30 per person. Registration for the five-mile run is priced at $35 per individual. Both of these registration options include a T-shirt and a medal. Participants may choose to sign up as part of an existing team or create their own. Flyer printing is preferred by many organizers of racing events to provide runners interested in participating with important event information.
Proceeds from race fees will help to support the Boys and Girls Clubs of Broward County.
This annual racing event is set to take place at the Deerfield Beach Main Beach Parking Lot on Sunday, January 24 at 8:00 am. Those who sign up for the virtual event can complete their races at any time prior to or on the official race day.
