Theater group to hold spooky show for kids in Coral Springs

The Fantasy Theatre Factory (FTF) will organize a themed dance experience at the Northwest Regional Library in Coral Springs.

Scary-Okee is an hour-long family-friendly program where people can enjoy live entertainment by the Fantasy Theatre Factory. The event will incorporate fun costumes, props, and silly dances. Attendees will get to dance along to songs like the Monster Mash and Thriller, and there will also be opportunities to dance on stage with the actors. The event is brought to the library by the Broward County Board of County Commissioners.

The Fantasy Theatre Factory is an organization created by Mimi Schultz and Ed Allen. The theater group has provided kid-friendly entertainment to over 4,000,000 children and families. Several events have featured the FTF, such as the Miami-Dade County Youth Fair and the Miami Beach Art Deco Weekend Festival. Some of the educational shows made by the FTF include Fantasy Stew, Little Monster Tales, and Cinderella: A Fractured Fairy Tale. The organization can also be booked to host workshops at schools and libraries.

The family show will be held on Wednesday, October 28 from 5:00 pm to 6:00 pm. Those who are interested in attending Scary-Okee must register in advance. Theater groups that organize educational shows like this can use flyer printing services to make themed ads that draw attention to their performances.
