The second annual Coral Springs Craft Fair is scheduled to take place in early October.
The fair supports talented crafters from all over the U.S. The quality of the items will be high as this will be a juried event. Admission will be free.
Around 100 entries have been chosen from craftspeople who have submitted their work in media such as wood, lotions, soaps, sculpture, plants, paintings, and mixed media. There will also be metal art, jewelry, glass, ceramics, clay, pottery, and candles. Hats, handbags, hair accessories, and clothing will all feature, and pet owners can be on the lookout for accessories.
A limited amount of printing such as giclées (inkjet printer fine art digital prints), offset prints, and reproduced work will be allowed.
All items will be handcrafted, original, created and sold by the artists themselves. These artists will interact with the attendees and usually have Business Cards with them if anyone wants to contact them after the event. Since this is a juried art show, no goods, information about other shows, or supplies will be allowed.
One exception will be food vendors. Some available treats will be lemonade, hot dogs, Italian sausage, and kettle corn.
This year’s Coral Springs Craft Fair will be Saturday and Sunday from 10:00 am until 5:00 pm October 10 and 11 at The Walk located at 2800 N University Drive.
