Locals will want to mark their Calendars for the upcoming Coral Spring’s annual Family Fun Day and Car Show coming early next month.
The organizers promise that the event will have something for everyone, despite there being no admission fee.
Along with the live music and other entertainment, there will be vendors, food trucks, and activities such as bounce houses. The food will be for purchase and some of the activities will require a nominal fee, so guests should remember to bring money.
If the event is anything like last year, goers can expect activities such as a mobile video game theater, a presentation by the Sawgrass Nature Center, and possibly a storytime for the kids.
The other element of the event will be the car show. Anyone interested in displaying their vehicle can register for $20 on the day of the event or preregister for $15. The winner in each of the several categories will receive a trophy.
Local businesses are invited to distribute information about their goods and services. Anyone interested must pay a $40 fee and will be able to set up booths that measure 10 feet by 10 feet. Sponsors are also welcome.
