Everyone is welcome to Campout Coral Springs 2024 coming toward the end of January.
The overnight camping adventure will include S’mores, karaoke, kickball, a big-screen movie, and a dance party.
Attendees will want to pack refillable water bottles, flashlights, lanterns, snacks, drinks in coolers, cots or air mattresses, pillows, blankets, chairs, and tents.
Reservations are $80 and will include camp space for four, Saturday’s lunch and Sunday breakfast. Extra campers will cost $20 each.
Four sponsorships levels are available. The S’more Sponsorship includes a booth or table for showcasing business products, their logo design on S’mores kit Bags, sponsor recognition before the movie, in stage announcements, in website and on social media post, and one event shirt sporting this year’s graphic design.
The $1500 Meal Sponsor will receive all these amenities plus another event shirt. The $3000 Movie Sponsor will get all the amenities plus their logo on popcorn distribution, four event shirts and a campsite for four to six people.
The $5000 Campout sponsors will need to get their logo design to the organizers before the event poster printing gets underway. This level also includes all forementioned amenities plus two adjoining campsites, eight event shirts and logos on staff shirts.
Parking will be available at the Coral Glades High School, and Check-in will begin Saturday at 11:00 am with breakdown between 9:00 am and 11:00 am on Sunday.
