Mixologists get creative on Halloween in Coral Gables

Drink or Treat, a self-led night out in downtown Coral Gables, will feature Halloween-inspired food and cocktails.

Presented by the Downtown Coral Gables Business Improvement District (BID), the celebration will include a range of food and drink specials at participating restaurants and bars.

The Coral Gables BID was incorporated in 1955 as a catalyst to foster prosperity in the downtown for area merchants and businesses. That same year, the downtown was rebranded as the Miracle Mile with the vision of it becoming a vibrant shopping district.

The upcoming Miracle Mile event will feature extended happy hours and special themed bites and drinks. Some of the creative cocktails will include Blood Moon, Maple Murder, Inca Blood, and Trick or Tini.

Participants are encouraged to gather friends, dress in Halloween costumes and spend a spooky evening hopping between downtown locations enjoying the specials.

As an extra perk, those who visit at least three locations will receive a Drink or Treat commemorative glass. Passports will be available that allow revellers to collect Stamps at visited locations. An event map will outline specific restaurants where the free glasses will be available on a limited basis.

Organizations that present community events such as this often seek out Logo Design services for use on souvenir items and materials.

Drink or Treat will be held in downtown Coral Gables on Saturday, October 31 from 6:00 pm to 10:00 pm. Tickets are not required.
