Main Street hosts several February events

Clermont Main Street will be celebrating spring with multiple events.

February Sunday Clermont Farmers Markets, sponsored by Orlando Health South Lake Hospital, take place every Sunday this month more than 90 specialty vendors from 9:00 am to 2:00 pm. Some vendors will offer teas, pastas, breads, coffees, plants, locally raised beef, seafood, and fresh organic produce. Crafts and artwork will also be for sale.

Passers-by often ask vendors whose products they especially enjoy for their Business Cards so they can purchase items after the event.

This Sunday, February 13, Diana and George of Breeze will perform. February 20 will welcome Denny Svehla, and Peter Durbin will take to the stage on February 27.

February Wine Strolls will offer over 15 different wines to taste from 6:30 pm to 9:00 pm. The next one will be February 19. Tickets can be purchased at Optima One Realty, 716 West Montrose beginning at 5:30 pm.

On Saturday, February 26, Clermont Main Street will host its first Spring Forward Festival from 10:00 am to 4:00 pm. Food trucks will be serving hot dogs, pasta, smoothies, chicken, frozen custard, and coffee, among other fare.

Attractions will include a Tribal Farm, bounce houses in the Kids Zone, train rides, and the Easter bunny. Other booths will offer face painting, henna body art, and fairy hair.
