Cape Coral Library has busy month ahead

During the month of November, the Cape Coral Lee County Public Library will be hosting a wide range of programs, all of which are free and open to the general public.

Libraries that have events and programs planned often use flyer printing to get the word out to their patrons.

People looking to practice and improve their English language conversation skills are invited to attend the ‘English Caf’, which takes place on Tuesday evenings throughout the month at 6:00 pm and on Friday mornings at 10:00 am, although neither will take place during Thanksgiving week.

Those looking for assistance when it comes to downloading library materials can attend a ‘Download Drop-in’ session on Tuesday, November 20, at 11:00 am. During the session, people can bring their e-readers, phones, or tablets ang get help downloading materials onto those devices.

Anyone looking for a creative outlet can attend ‘Exploring Arts & Crafts: Paper Quilling’, which is scheduled for Tuesday, November 20 at 1:30 pm. The program will feature a demonstration of the craft, as well as a chance for attendees to try it out themselves. Participants are also invited to bring along their own arts and crafts projects to work on.

Finally, those participating in ‘National Novel Writing Month’, or ‘NaNoWriMo’ for short, can visit the library at 5:00 pm on November 20 for a community writing session. Attendees are asked to bring their own writing materials, whether a laptop or a notepad and pen.
