Yoga practitioners and individuals seeking a new experience are welcome to register for a yoga event in Waterbury next month.
The Fulton Park, Waterbury City Parks Yoga Class will start in a few weeks, and interested parties seeking a tranquil location to stretch and learn new poses are invited to register. The event is open to guests of all ages, sizes, and skill levels. The outdoor yoga event will be led by experienced instructors for tips and a positive experience.
The program is sponsored by Our City Parks Program. The goal is to allow Connecticut residents to invest in their physical, mental, and emotional health. Flyer printing is a cost-effective and memorable way to announce and spread awareness of such events.
Registered guests are encouraged to check the weather on the morning of the event and dress accordingly, as it will be hosted outdoors. In sunny weather, guests are encouraged to apply sunscreen or wear protective clothing to prevent damage to their skin. Whatever the weather, the session asks interested parties to bring a water bottle and yoga mat to participate in the stretching and exercise.
The yoga class will be held at Fulton Park in Waterbury on Wednesday, July 10, with registration beginning at 5:00 PM. Interested parties can make reservations for the public yoga class online, and reservations are free.
