The BK Supper Club recently opened, introducing Waterbury to Caribbean flavor and entertainment. It is open for breakfast, lunch and dinner.
Owner Kenne Thompson says he wanted to create a unique restaurant where customers can listen to music and eat delicious food. It has two floors and measures 4,200 square feet in size.
The restaurant, decorated in a casual upscale style, has a wooden bar, tables and chairs, and wallpaper featuring saxophonists.
Brunch will be served at the weekends. Some of the items served will be BK’s Chicken and Waffles, The Burger Pancake (a large pancake topped with eggs, sausage, and bacon), and the Tres Omelet with a choice of shrimp, chicken, bacon, or sausage, along with cheese and chopped vegetables.
Some Caribbean soul main entrees are fried chicken with a sweet spicy sauce called Jamaican Bobby Fry, roast jerk pork, and salmon and shrimp in a spicy sauce with fresh vegetables named Riverman Seaside. There are several vegetarian entrees too.
Kenna Thompson has professional experience with music promotion and plans on having nightly entertainment in the future.
Currently they have Social Saturday at 9:00 pm, every week for mature adults with DJ Big Ty from Elite Digital Radio. The host is Mc Chill Will. Waterbury has Print shops the offers Logo Design for businesses like this.
The BK Supper Club is located at 92 Bank Street.
