A unique cosmetic workshop is planning a visit to Waterbury, offering stylists and beauty technicians an opportunity to expand their skills and knowledge.
The Making Mermaids workshop will start in a few weeks, attracting beauty technicians from around the Waterbury area to learn new skills from an experienced instructor. The course will be led by Meg, a salon owner from Cincinnati, Ohio, who has nearly a decade of experience as a stylist and salon owner.
Her experience allows her to guide new students and help them avoid making similar mistakes to some of the ones she herself made as she honed her skills. The course will focus on vivid application, consultations, pricing options, social media, and client boundaries. Business card printing is an excellent way for aspiring beauty technicians to gain new clients at such events.
Attendees will enjoy a positive learning environment when learning and applying new skills during the workshop. Refreshing drinks and snacks will be available to registered guests to ensure hydration and happiness. Lunch will also be provided midway through the learning session. Participants will also enjoy a stress-free parking situation, as the hosting venue offers free parking to all registered students.
The Network Salon will host the beauty workshop on Monday, August 5. Classes will start at 10:00 AM and conclude at 4:00 PM. Tickets cost $375 per student, and reservations can be made online.
