Restorative yoga class to ease Middletowns muscles

Next month, Peaceful Chaos Yoga will be offering its Restorative Mobility for Everyday Life workshop for any Middletown locals wanting to slow down and learn how to improve their mobility.

Peaceful Chaos Yoga is a studio just outside Middletown owned by Jeannine Marron. In establishing the studio, Marron’s mission was offer classes that are inclusive to all people and levels of ability. April’s workshop will focus slowing down and appreciating how the body moves.

The workshop is open to all levels of experience and ability. In the 90-minute session, instructor Charlotte Hertz will teach attendees to consider their everyday posture and movement as she shares techniques on how to improve upon this mobility. Students will come away from the class with knowledge on how to listen to their body and sustain their mobility for use in everyday activities. The class will be offered both in-studio and online.

To boost visibility of the event, organizers may turn to community Print shops to help create Flyers and Posters advertising the specifics of their event.

The Restorative Mobility workshop is slated for Saturday, April 10, from 1:30 pm to 3:00 pm. The venue address is 328 Main Street, Cromwell. The price of registration is $25. Interested persons can visit Peaceful Chaos Yoga’s website to register and to learn more about attendance options.
