A themed social event in Middletown will bring attendees together for an evening centered on entertainment and charitable giving.
The masquerade gathering aims to raise funds for the Army’s Legacy Animal Rescue and Sanctuary, an organization dedicated to supporting and rehabilitating animals in need.
The event will feature a formal atmosphere, encouraging guests to wear masks and themed attire. Programming includes a scheduled presentation recognizing contributions connected to the organization, as well as interactive elements such as voting-based categories tied to the masquerade theme.
The venue will offer free parking, and minors may attend if accompanied by a legal guardian or parent. Refund requests are permitted within a limited timeframe prior to the event.
With many community fundraisers, organizers often employ methods such as poster printing to promote attendance and increase awareness.
General admission is priced at $85, which includes a $77.93 base ticket and $7.07 in fees. Sponsorship tiers are also available for those seeking additional involvement. A $250 sponsor package includes two event tickets along with promotional recognition. A $500 sponsorship offers similar benefits with extended visibility, including additional promotional placement. The highest tier, priced at $1,200, provides three tickets and expanded recognition opportunities, including acknowledgment during the event and extended promotional exposure. Optional donations may also be made separately to support the organization’s efforts.
The event is scheduled for Saturday, June 13, from 6:00 pm to 10:00 pm, with doors opening at 5:45 pm at Tate’s, 80 Harbor Drive, Middletown.
