Next month, the 10th Annual Town-Wide Tag Sale will provide Middletown residents with the opportunity to clean out and tidy up their garages and closets.
Sponsored by the Church of the Holy Trinity, the tag sale will give participants a choice between hosting an at-home tag sale or donating gently used items to the church directly. For those who choose to have an at-home tag sale, there will be a small fee in return for free tag sale Signs and advertising. The proceeds raised from these fees will be used to help fund the church’s many community outreach programs.
Those who choose to have an at-home tag sale will have their tag sale location added to a free map, Copies of which will be handed out the week of the event. This will enable sellers to receive exposure to hundreds of potential customers looking for a deal. The free sale Signs that sellers receive will also direct shoppers to their location.
Organizers of events like this that feature signage and physical advertising will often call upon local Print shops to help in the creation and printing of these materials.
The tag sale is scheduled for September 17 from 8:30 am to 2:30 pm. The Church of the Holy Trinity is located on 381 Main Street, Middletown. The at-home tag sale fee is $20.
