The 4th annual Frost Bite Bash is taking place next month in nearby Bristol.
Guests will be treated to all the food they can eat provided by local restaurants and caterers, and they will have access to an open bar. There will also be live and silent auctions, a photo booth, and dancing in the Hall of Boats. In addition, those attending will get to witness the unveiling of The Reliance model yacht; the Reliance took part in the 1903 America's Cup and was designed by Nat Herreshoff.
Sponsorships are available for purchase from $300 up to $5,000; sponsors will be mentioned in all event Posters and advertising, and will also have their company name printed on a burgee (flag) that will be displayed at the event.
The event is being held at the Herreshoff Marine Museum, which is also the home of the America's Cup Hall of Fame. The museum holds regattas and symposia, and also runs a sailing school.
It is likely that local poster printing firms will be approached to help advertise this event in nearby communities such as Middletown.
