An in-person Hartford Large-Scale Scrum (LeSS) training program is set to occur in the community next month.
Craig Larman, who is one of the co-creators of the LeSS framework alongside Bas Vodde, will be the instructor for this March training course. Craig Larman has helped clients apply LeSS to agile development, lean thinking, and Scrum scaling in their organizations for over 15 years.
The three-day program will proceed as an interactive, in-person event that is designed for individuals who are product developers or senior managers.
This Hartford course will center on topics including the difference between owning and renting ideas, local and system optimization, planning, product scopes, architecture, LeSS Sprint, adoption, and the management role. Students will also have the opportunity to attend Q&As with Craig Larman to build on their knowledge of LeSS adoption. Participants will also each receive two Copies of LeSS Books. The hosts of professional courses typically utilize printing services to distribute copies of educational materials to each attending student.
All registered students must attend the entire course from beginning to end in order to receive official certification as LeSS Practitioners.
The Certified LeSS Practitioner (CLP) course will be hosted at the United Healthcare Building from Wednesday, March 10 to Friday, March 12. Classes are scheduled to take place between 8:30 am to 5:30 pm on each of the three days.
