Community thrift market welcomes Hartford shoppers

Coffee and thrifting are set to combine in Hartford this summer, as a community thrift pop-up market has announced its official opening date and time.

The Steal My Style Market and Coffee Therapy is coming to a Hartford cafe, giving collectors and thrifters a setting where they can sell pre-worn Apparel and find new pieces to add to their closets. It is a community event that is ideal for fashion lovers and individuals who wish to promote sustainable shopping while supporting local businesses and vendors.

Attendees who wish to sell their clothing will have access to racks, though they will need to bring clothes hangers from home. These spots are open to all, though paid reservations are required to ensure access to a clothing rack. Banner printing is a powerful way to promote events like this to passersby, with the design also able to incorporate sponsor logos for additional impressions.

The market expects to offer a welcoming and inclusive setting where visitors can connect with like-minded individuals over a shared interest in fashion and thrifting. The host venue will have its menu available for shoppers to purchase and sip coffees and teas while they shop.

The Semilla Cafe and Studio, located in downtown Hartford, will host the pop-up thrifting market. The doors open at 1:00 PM on Saturday, June 27th. Shoppers enter for free, and vendors must pay $49.87 to register online.
