The Chrysalis Center in Hartford will be organizing a fundraiser in October to help fund its critical support services.

Butterfly Bash 2022 – Return of the Social Butterfly is a charitable party that raises money for the Chrysalis Center while spreading awareness of its causes and services. This year, the gala will replace its traditional sit-down dinner with passed hors d’oeuvres and food stations to promote networking among guests. The master of ceremonies for the bash will be Lisa Carberg, and the co-chairs of the event’s planning committee are Janet Porriello and Deirdre King-Hooge.

Businesses can help the Chrysalis Center by purchasing a sponsorship package for the butterfly bash. People may pay $1,500 to become a table captain, which includes program recognition and an option to reserve a table during the gala. Organizations can purchase the Presenting Sponsor package for $20,000 to receive benefits such as logo recognition on all event e-blasts, being featured on the bash’s printed marketing materials, and a full-page ad inside the event program.

The social gathering and fundraiser will be on Thursday, October 13 at 7:00 pm at the Hartford Marriott Downtown. A VIP reception will occur at 5:00 pm, and the public reception will be at 5:30 pm.
