A block party and festival will be bringing tunes and dancing to the Hartford area, and residents are encouraged to join the fun.
The Royal Affair and Quephoria Block Party 2024 is scheduled to begin in a few weeks, providing music, dancing, and networking to Hartford.
The event, which is planned and hosted by the Omega Men of the Formidable 1st District, aims to be an upscale affair. The venue will have multiple rooms with live music and DJs for entertainment and dancing.
Attendees must wear cocktail attire to gain admittance into the music event. The dress code will be strictly enforced, and any registered guests wearing jeans will be turned away. Light food and beverages will be available at the block party to ensure attendees remain refreshed. Banner printing is an excellent way to announce musicians and DJs at musical events like this.
DJ Drake will be the primary DJ at the event, playing Top 40 Hits and Hip-Hop. Other participating DJs and musicians include DJ Rama Don and the William Fluker Band, who will provide jazz and soul music. Parking is available at the Connecticut Convention Center Parking Garage, starting at $7.
The event will be held over the course of three days at the Connecticut Convention Center, starting on Friday, May 3, and finishing on Sunday, May 5. Doors will open at 8:00 PM, and general admission tickets are available online for $100 per person.
